We are going to practice the PEN TOOL
Step One:  Use Webcam to take a pic of your PROFILE. Save to your drive.
Step Two: Pen Tool your silhouette in Illustrator
Step Three: Find two Creative Commons/ Pexels/ Your own images and save to your drive
Step Four: Use Clipping Masks to create a see through silhouette
Step Five: Add any designs or details to make it more interesting

ONE is required for your portfolio

Target: I feel confident creating designs in Adobe Illustrator.
Sub Target:  Practice using the Pen Tool to create a profile silhouette photo mask in Illustrator.

Thursday November 29 : Let's start to illustrate

Today:
We are going to move on with the Pen Tool... because you see vector illustration everywhere.
Like here... December means it's time to track Santa on Google

Target: I feel confident creating designs in adobe illustrator.
Target: I can effectively use digital tools to make art that communicates my ideas to an audience.

In order to create an illustration, one has to really be able to use all the shape tools in Illustrator.

Can you: 
Use the shape tool?
Use the shape builder tool?
Use the Direct Selection Arrow?
Use the Transform tool?
Use Fill/Stroke colors?
Use the pen tool?

Then you can illustrate!!
